victoriahiegel.com (the “Site”) is operated by Victoria Hiegel. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use by visitors aged 13 or older. You agree not to scrape, republish, resell or systematically copy the Site or its content, and not to interfere with its normal operation.

Many links on this Site are affiliate links, including links served through platforms such as ShopMy. If you purchase through one of them, I may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Recommendations are never sold. A product appears here because I would recommend it to a client. Commissions do not change the price you pay.

Product and shopping links take you to third-party websites that I do not own or control. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and that retailer and is governed by the retailer’s own terms, privacy policy, pricing, shipping and return policies.

I am not responsible for a retailer’s stock levels, pricing changes, promotions, order fulfilment, shipping delays, damaged goods, refunds or customer service, and I do not endorse or take responsibility for the content of any third-party site.

Personal shopping is an advisory and styling service only. Submitting a request through the Site is an enquiry — it does not create a client relationship, reserve a place, or obligate either of us to proceed. Scope, fees, deliverables and timelines are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

• Purchases are made by you, directly with retailers. I do not sell merchandise, take payment for merchandise, or act as a reseller or agent of any retailer.
• No guarantee is made as to the availability, size range, pricing, delivery date or continued existence of any item recommended.
• Styling advice is subjective. Fit, suitability and final purchase decisions remain entirely yours.
• Returns, exchanges, alterations and warranty claims are handled by the retailer or brand under their policies.
• Availability is limited each season and requests may be declined.

All photography, text, edits, guides, graphics, layout and design on the Site are owned by Victoria Hiegel or used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. “Victoria Hiegel” and the Site’s wordmark and visual identity are my trademarks.

You may share links to the Site and quote short excerpts with clear attribution. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or use the content commercially — including in advertising, AI training datasets, or aggregated shopping feeds — without prior written permission.

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

I do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that content — including prices, availability and product descriptions — is accurate, complete or current. Content is editorial opinion and is not professional, medical, financial or legal advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Victoria Hiegel and her agents, representatives and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, any third-party retailer, or any recommendation or service provided.

Total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site or its content will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), or, where you have engaged the personal shopping service, the fees you actually paid for that engagement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold Victoria Hiegel harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You and Victoria Hiegel agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York, and each waives any objection to venue there.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. When they change, the effective date at the top of this page is revised, and continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the updated Terms. Please review this page periodically.
